Known to all as Gino, he was known for his frankness, humour, and his gift for building genuine relationships with people - collectors, colleagues or friends. He had a distinctive and genuine admiration and respect for independent watchmakers, appreciating their creativity and means of expression. A founding partner of the brand, Gino first met François-Paul Journe in the 1990s, immediately recognizing the genius behind his work.
